Matchquatch — Kullanım Koşulları
Matchquatch'i oynayarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsan oyunu kullanmamalısın.
1. Oyunu kullanma hakkın
Sana oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan biçimde oynaman için sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı veriyoruz. Oyunu satamaz, kiralayamaz, kaynak koduna dönüştüremez ya da değiştirilmiş bir sürümünü dağıtamazsın.
2. Hesabın
Oyun ilk açıldığında sana isimsiz bir hesap verilir; istersen Google (ileride Apple) hesabınla bağlayabilirsin. Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını bağlamazsan ilerlemen yalnızca o telefonda durur; telefon kaybolur ya da oyun silinirse ilerleme geri getirilemez.
3. Oyun içi ürünler
- Altın, can, güçlendirici, Altın Pass ve görünüm eşyaları oyun içi öğelerdir; gerçek para karşılığı değildir, gerçek dünyada bir değeri yoktur ve nakde çevrilemez.
- Satın alma işlemleri Apple App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden yapılır; iade ve fatura konuları o mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.
- Altın Pass sezonludur (28 gün); sezon bitince yenisi satın alınabilir.
- Bir öğeyi satın aldıktan sonra hesabından silersen ya da oyunu kaldırırsan, giriş yapmadıysan o öğeler geri gelmeyebilir.
4. Uymanı beklediklerimiz
- Oyunu hile programlarıyla, değiştirilmiş sürümlerle ya da oyunun açıklarını kullanarak oynamak yasaktır.
- Oyuncu adında hakaret, nefret söylemi, reklam ya da başkasının kişisel bilgisi bulunamaz.
- Diğer oyuncuları rahatsız etmek, spam arkadaşlık isteği göndermek yasaktır.
Bu kurallara uymayan hesapları uyarabilir, kısıtlayabilir ya da kapatabiliriz. Kapatılan hesaptaki oyun içi öğeler için ödeme iadesi yapılmaz.
5. Oyunun değişmesi ve son bulması
Bölümler, ödüller, fiyatlar ve dengeler zaman zaman değişebilir; yeni özellikler eklenebilir, bazıları kaldırılabilir. Oyunun bir gün kapanması hâlinde bunu makul bir süre önce duyurmaya çalışırız.
6. Sorumluluk
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Elimizden gelenin en iyisini yapıyoruz, ancak oyunun her zaman kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
7. Geçerli hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar saklıdır.

Matchquatch — Terms of Use
By playing Matchquatch you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.
1. Your right to use the game
We give you a limited, personal, non-commercial right to play the game. You may not sell it, rent it, reverse engineer it or distribute a modified version.
2. Your account
You get an anonymous account the first time you open the game, and you can link it to your Google (later Apple) account. Keeping your account safe is up to you. If you never link it, your progress lives only on that phone: lose the phone or delete the game and the progress cannot be brought back.
3. In-game items
- Coins, lives, boosters, the Gold Pass and looks are in-game items. They are not money, they have no value outside the game and cannot be cashed out.
- Purchases go through the Apple App Store or Google Play; refunds and invoices follow that store's own rules.
- The Gold Pass lasts one season (28 days); a new one can be bought when the season ends.
- If you delete your account or the game while not signed in, items you bought may be lost.
4. What we expect from you
- No cheat software, modified builds, or use of bugs to gain an advantage.
- No insults, hate speech, advertising or other people's personal details in your player name.
- No harassing other players and no spamming friend requests.
Accounts that break these rules may be warned, limited or closed. No refunds are given for items on a closed account.
5. Changes and ending the service
Levels, rewards, prices and balance may change over time; features may be added or removed. If the game is ever shut down, we will try to say so a reasonable time in advance.
6. Liability
The game is provided "as is". We do our best, but we cannot promise it will always run without interruption or faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the game.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
