Matchquatch — Hesabını silme
Oyunun içinden (en hızlı yol)
- Oyunu aç, sağ üstteki dişli (Ayarlar) düğmesine dokun.
- En alttaki kırmızı "Hesabımı sil" düğmesine dokun.
- İki kez onayla. Hesabın ve bütün oyun verilerin hemen silinir.
Oyuna erişemiyorsan
skyknotgames@gmail.com adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Varsa oyundaki arkadaş kodunu (profilinde görünür, örn. MQ-A7K3D) ya da Google ile giriş yaptığın e-posta adresini yaz. Hesabını en geç 30 gün içinde siler ve sana haber veririz.
Hesabını silmeden bazı verilerini sildirmek
Hesabını kapatmak istemiyor ama bazı verilerinin silinmesini istiyorsan (örneğin profil adın ve liderlik tablosundaki yerin, arkadaşlıkların ya da buluttaki kaydın) aynı adrese skyknotgames@gmail.com "Veri silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder; hangi verilerin silinmesini istediğini ve arkadaş kodunu yaz. İsteğini en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirip sana haber veririz.
Neler silinir
- Oyuncu hesabın ve arkadaş kodun
- Buluttaki kayıt: bölümler, yıldızlar, altın, güçlendiriciler, kamp
- Profilin (ad, avatar, çerçeve) ve liderlik tablosundaki yerin
- Arkadaşlıkların, bekleyen istekler ve gönderilen canlar
Neler kalır
Satın alma kayıtları, yasal zorunluluk gereği Google Play ve Apple tarafından kendi sistemlerinde tutulur; bunlar bizim elimizde değildir. Silinen hesap geri getirilemez ve içindeki satın alınmış ürünler de silinir.
Matchquatch — Deleting your account
In the game (fastest)
- Open the game and tap the gear (Settings) button at the top right.
- Tap the red "Delete my account" button at the bottom.
- Confirm twice. Your account and all your game data are deleted right away.
If you cannot open the game
Send an email titled "Account deletion" to skyknotgames@gmail.com with your friend code (shown on your profile, e.g. MQ-A7K3D) or the email you signed in with through Google. We delete the account within 30 days at the latest and let you know.
Deleting some of your data without deleting your account
If you want to keep your account but have some of your data deleted (for example your profile name and leaderboard place, your friendships or your cloud save), send an email titled "Data deletion" to skyknotgames@gmail.com saying which data you want deleted, with your friend code. We do it within 30 days at the latest and let you know.
What is deleted
- Your player account and friend code
- Your cloud save: levels, stars, coins, boosters, camp
- Your profile (name, avatar, frame) and your place on the leaderboard
- Your friendships, pending requests and lives sent
What is kept
Purchase records are kept by Google Play and Apple in their own systems, as the law requires; they are not held by us. A deleted account cannot be restored, and the purchased items in it are deleted too.
